Requirements

What we look for.

Our private duty caregivers provide hourly and live-in support with personal care, meals, medication reminders, housekeeping, errands and companionship.

Registered, or willing to register, as a Home Care Aide in California.
Experience caring for older adults or people with disabilities.
Current CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).
Current TB clearance.
Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence where driving is required.
Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
Patience, dependability, discretion and genuine warmth.
Ability to follow a care plan and report changes accurately.
Availability for hourly shifts, overnights or live-in placements.
