Requirements

What we look for.

We hire registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists and assistants, medical social workers and certified home health aides.

A current, valid and unencumbered California professional licence or certification for your discipline (RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, MSW, CHHA).
Proof of graduation from an accredited programme for your discipline.
At least one year of relevant clinical experience is preferred, home health experience especially so.
Current CPR certification.
Current TB clearance and a physical examination clearance.
Criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
Valid California driver’s licence, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
Strong assessment, documentation and communication skills.
Compassion, reliability and a genuine commitment to care delivered in the home.
