Our position
Assist on Call does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Patient medical information is additionally protected under HIPAA and California medical privacy law.
Submitting a request
You may submit an opt-out or information request by calling 925-969-7634, by emailing info@assistoncallprof.com, or by completing the form below. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
We will acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will only use the information you provide for that purpose.
